RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologize if you are not. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer exchanges and returns for items purchased from us, provided the following conditions are met:
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product labels intact.
  • All items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The original receipt or invoice must be included.
  • All items must have been originally purchased from vgrowprime.com.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we regret that we will be unable to process any exchange or refund, even if the items have been returned to us.

Promotional items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchange and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date for UAE orders.

All return and exchange requests must be made online at www.vgrowprime.com.

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS – ONLINE PROCESS

2.1 You must include your original invoice together with the item(s) in their original condition and packaging.

2.2 Contact our customer service team through our website to request an Exchange/Return Authorization.

2.3 Ship the item(s) back to us using a traceable shipping method.

2.4 Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your request. Processing typically takes 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 Approved returns will be refunded in the form of Online Store Credit only. Store Credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue and is:
  • Non-refundable
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-extendable
  • Not exchangeable for cash
2.6 Store Credit must be used in a single transaction. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

2.7 Store Credit will be issued based on the original purchase price stated on the invoice. Delivery charges (original and return shipping) are non-refundable.

2.8 If an item received is defective or incorrectly shipped, Vgrow Prime will bear the cost of return shipping. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we reserve the right to provide Store Credit of equivalent value.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 Each order is eligible for return or exchange only once.

4.2 We reserve the right to refuse returns if misuse of the policy is suspected.

4.3 This policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper application, negligence, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

4.4 Vgrow Prime makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any product, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4.5 All decisions made by Vgrow Prime are final.
